Return & Exchange Policy – UAE Only
At Keppe Gifts, we take great care to ensure every gift basket is delivered in perfect condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any gift basket, unless the basket arrives damaged or broken upon delivery.
If your gift basket is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at keppegifts@gmail.com, including photos of the damage, so we can verify the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
All gift baskets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for delivery damages.

Exchanges
Since we operate only in the UAE, gift baskets cannot be exchanged. The only exception is if the basket arrives damaged or broken. In such cases, we will provide a replacement promptly after verification.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the basket arrives damaged or broken. Once we receive your claim and verify the damage, we will notify you and issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
